Protest Stickers: How to Use Them at Rallies and Marches
Share
Stickers are one of the cheapest ways to make a crowd look and feel like a movement. Here's how organizers use them at rallies, marches and meetups.
How many stickers to bring
- House party or meetup (10 to 25 people): 25 stickers. Everyone takes one, and a few take two.
- Local march or protest: 50 stickers per volunteer handing them out.
- Organizers, campaigns and big events: 100+, split across volunteers.
Our Rally Packs come in 25, 50 and 100, in all FCK DT, all FCK ELON or a mix. Need 250 or more? Ask for a bulk quote.
How to hand them out
- Peel the corner first. People are more likely to stick it on right away.
- Offer a choice. Two designs start a conversation: "DT or Elon?"
- Put them on signs. A sticker on the corner of every cardboard sign makes a crowd look coordinated in photos.
- Keep a stack at the sign-up table. It's a small thank-you for leaving an email.
Where not to stick them
Stick to things you or the person own: laptops, bottles, signs, cars and jackets. Don't put stickers on public property, other people's cars, or anything you'd need permission for. That's how a good message turns into a bad news story.
Bring the receipts
When someone asks "why?", point them to The Receipts: every headline is linked to the real news story behind it.
