Not happy with your stickers? Email us at hello@FckDT.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund you or send a replacement — your choice. No need to mail anything back.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

Same deal: email a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, or tracking says delivered but it isn't there, email us and we'll reship once at no cost.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Free stickers and discount codes have no cash value.
